How does sizing work?
Alma high tops may run a bit on the big side depending on what your are used to. If you normally wear a 10.5, a 10 should fit your fine. Please pay close attention to the available sizing chart when placing your order.
Is shipping included with all purchases?
Shipping is free for all shoe orders but other products such as socks, bags, belt etc may have added shipping costs.
I think my order is lost/hasn't been delivered?
Shipping can take between 12 and 18 days. To help understand the status of your order, please use our Alma Tracker. If you have additional questions please contact us.
Do you offer volume based pricing?
Yes, Alma works with companies and organizations for volume and custom orders. Please contact us to find out more.
What is the return policy?
We happily process all returns for products that arrive with a manufacturer defect. To process a return you must notify Alma within 7 days of delivery and provide details and photos of the defect.
